If necessary, you can combine several cosmetic dentistry procedures to get the smile you desire. We can use crowns, porcelain veneers, and teeth whitening to give you a beautiful smile. You can also benefit from TMJ Treatments to ease headaches caused by TMJ.
Full mouth restoration is used when all or most of your teeth need to be restored. Their shape, color, and alignment may all need to be restored. It also helps protect your teeth from future damages and sensitivity. All types of cosmetic procedures can be combined to rebuild your smile.

Invisalign has announced that they have reached five million smiles with the Invisalign clear aligner system.
This is a huge milestone for the clear braces system that has become the favored alternative to traditional metal braces.
“It’s very rewarding to see how rapidly Invisalign treatment is growing around the world. I can’t believe our first ‘million’ took ten years to achieve, while our fifth ‘million’ only took one year,” said Joe Hogan, president and CEO of Align Technology.
Five Million Invisalign Smiles
“To date, over 1 million teenagers have started orthodontic treatment with Invisalign clear aligners. The introduction of Invisalign Teen with Mandibular Advancement gives Invisalign providers even more confidence that they can deliver great outcomes and great treatment experience to teens in their practices.”
To mark this major milestone, Align Technology is reaffirming its previous commitment to help provide treatment to children around the world born with cleft lip and cleft palate, and will donate $1 to Operation Smile for every public share of a photo of a person’s smile on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with the hashtag #5MillionSmiles — for a total donation of up to $1 million.

About Invisalign
Invisalign is a nearly invisible method of straightening your teeth and an alternative to traditional metal braces.
Invisalign patients are fitted with removable, see-through aligners that have been customized to fit their teeth. The aligners gradually cause your teeth to shift their position slightly over a period of two weeks.
After two weeks, you will receive a new set of aligners to be worn for the next two weeks. The aligners, which are removable, provide a number of benefits over traditional braces.
Because Invisalign braces are virtually invisible, no one may even notice that you’re wearing them.

What is Invisalign and how does it work?
Invisalign is a nearly invisible method of straightening your teeth and an alternative to traditional metal braces. Invisalign patients are fitted with removable, see-through aligners that have been customized to fit their teeth. The aligners gradually cause your teeth to shift their position slightly over a period of two weeks.
Every two weeks, you will change the aligners for a new set that will cause your teeth to move a little more. As the treatment progresses over weeks and months, your teeth will straighten into their proper positions, as prescribed by your dental practitioner.
What are aligners made of, and what do they look like?
The virtually invisible aligners are made of a thermoplastic material uniquely developed for the Invisalign treatment plan. They look similar to teeth-whitening trays. Every patient receives a series of Invisalign aligners that are custom-made for you.
How does Invisalign straighten teeth?
Invisalign aligners move your teeth through the appropriate placement of controlled force. You will receive a series of custom mad aligners for your mouth and teeth.
Each aligner makes slight adjustments to tooth position, a process that is mapped out in advance by your doctor, specifically for your situation. When the aligners are placed on the teeth, they cause the teeth to gradually shift from their current position.
During each stage, only certain teeth are allowed to move. Every two weeks, you will switch to the next set of aligners, which will continue the teeth straightening process.
What are the primary benefits of Invisalign braces over metal braces?
Because Invisalign braces are virtually invisible, no one may even notice that you’re wearing them.
Unlike metal braces, Invisalign aligners are removable. Wearers can remove the aligners to eat and drink what you want and then brush your teeth before putting them back in. Traditional braces can be very challenging to clean.
There are no metal brackets or wires that cause irritation to your mouth. Invisalign braces don’t require metal or wire adjustments, meaning you don’t have to visit your dentist as frequently.
The average length of time for Invisalign treatments in adults is 12 months. The average length of time for a teen patient varies and you will need to consult your doctor. All patients are different and the length of time for your treatment depends on the severity of your case.
How often must I wear my aligners?
You will wear your aligners, every day, all day, including while sleeping. Aligners are most effective when worn 20 to 22 hours per day and removed only for eating, brushing and flossing.
How often must I see my Invisalign doctor?
You will have regularly scheduled appointments every 4-6 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned.
How much does Invisalign cost?
In most cases, Invisalign treatment is comparable to the cost of traditional braces. However, as with other medical treatments, only your Invisalign-trained doctor can determine the cost, based on your specific needs. Factors affecting the cost may include the difficulty of your case, how long you are in treatment, and your personal goals.
Invisalign treatment is covered by many dental insurance policies. You will need to review your personal insurance coverage plan.
Because of Dr. Wilhite, I’ve been able to have an amazing experience. He’s helped me have amazing teeth, in a very simple and easy way. TEEN INVISALIGN!!! If it wasn’t for him I would not have this “great big smile”.
Question: What are the advantages of Invisalign over traditional braces?
David Wilhite says:
A typical Invisalign case contains series of plastic trays that gradually straighten the teeth.
These trays can be removed to eat and perform oral hygiene. So you can not only eat all the food that you love, but you can also efficiently clean your teeth afterward.
For those of us who have had traditional braces, it is well known how difficult it is to clean the teeth after a meal. Food frequently gets stuck in the braces and is difficult to remove. Flossing requires a plastic floss threader to get under the archwire so that the floss can be pulled through the spaces between the teeth. This has to be done for each pair of teeth. Get the picture?
It is not uncommon at all, especially with teenagers, that fillings are necessary after the braces are taken off. This is usually because teenagers are known for their poor oral hygiene and the braces make it that much worse.
While you have braces on, there are certain foods that you cannot eat: apples because they sheer off brackets and gum chewing because it gets stuck in the braces.
Additionally, Invisalign aligners are much kinder to the tissues of the lips and cheeks than traditional braces are.
It is not uncommon for the patient to have to cover some of the brackets with wax in order to be comfortable. This is not a concern with Invisalign since the surface of the aligners are nice and smooth.
With advances in materials and technology, each pair of aligners is only worn for one week instead of two. This cuts treatment time in half.
